Artist Notes: This bridge is in Koprivshtitsa, Bulgaria. It was the site of the first shot of the April 1876 uprising of the people against the 500 year rule of the Ottoman Turks. The town itself is a delightful museum village. Stretched canvas on heavy duty stretchers, with painted sides; a frame is not necessary. $2,000
